These plain-language terms describe the basic expectations for using the service. Have counsel review them before relying on them as a legal contract.
Use the service responsibly
Use Drexora Support only for lawful business and support purposes. You are responsible for the content you add to your workspace, the permissions you grant teammates, and the visitor data you collect through your widget.
Your content and instructions
You retain responsibility for your business profile, FAQs, support answers, messages, leads, tickets, and uploaded material. Do not use the service to publish content you do not have the right to use, or to collect information without an appropriate lawful basis.
Plans and availability
The Free plan is currently available as described on the pricing page. Pro is marked as coming soon until it is active. Features, limits, and availability can change as the product develops.
Support and changes
We may update the service and these terms to reflect new functionality, security requirements, or legal obligations. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. For questions, use the contact and support page.
